We are delighted to announce the launch of our new Leisure Home product which is made up of a choice of three schemes. This is the first time we have launched a new product with multiple schemes with a significantly wide risk appetite which allows brokers much more choice.
Our three Leisure home schemes are underwritten by:

- Canopius
- Ascot Group’s Syndicate 1414 at Lloyd’s.
Wide appetite
Our Leisure Home product has been developed for owners of Static Caravans, Park Homes, Glamping Pods, Shepherd Huts, Log Cabins, Chalets, and Lodges that are used as holiday homes or holiday lets situated on registered caravan sites. We can insure caravans used as permanent residences.
Commission: Broker Commission is 22.5%.
Panel of A-Rated Insurers: We have a carefully selected panel of A-rated insurers to underwrite our Leisure Home product. This ensures that your clients receive the highest level of financial security and stability.
Improvements to the schemes
- Accidental Damage included standard
- Option between Market Value and New for Old
- No age Limit on leisure homes (Subject to the leisure home being in a good state of repair)

In respect of existing policies on the Static Caravan scheme we are not moving these over to the new scheme but will continue to be invited via the existing question set.
