Exciting Updates to Assist: Enhanced Claims Visibility and Commission Tracking

We are delighted to announce a significant enhancement to our trading platform, Assist, as part of our ongoing commitment to improving system functionality and supporting you more effectively.

An additional page called ‘Policy Summary’, can be accessed when selecting the online record.

The key updates include:

Enhanced Claims Visibility

  • You can now view claims throughout the journey. These are claims that have been reported during the life of the Commercial Express policy.
  • This means no more surprises at renewal. You’ll have full transparency on any claims and their amounts well in advance, removing the need to contact us for clarifications.

Improved Commission Tracking

  • Previously, commission details were only visible on the quote page. With this update, you can now access commission information at every stage, whether it’s NB, MTA, or renewal.
  • This ensures you’re always in the loop and reduces the need for referrals and queries later.

Additionally, we’ve enhanced the status view, helping to avoid any confusion around placements and reducing the need for backdate requests.

These updates are designed to save you time, provide greater transparency, and streamline your processes.
