Fly Tipping Cover
Cover will now automatically include Fly Tipping cover with an indemnity limit of up to £5,000 at No Additional Charge.
The inclusion of this cover forms part of our objective to provide a market-leading Landowner’s insurance product.
The extension will apply as an endorsement and will read as:
“The insurance coverage provided under this Policy is extended to include the cost of cleaning up and removing any materials arising out of and due to dumping or tipping on Your property or land caused by a sudden specific event outside Your control.
Insurers shall not be liable for the first five hundred pounds (GBP500) of each and every claim.
The maximum Insurers will pay is five thousand pounds (GBP5,000) in the aggregate.”
