- If you have held cover from the incorrect date, please NTU the policy and re-submit online.
- If you have submitted incorrect risk information, please amend the policy using the Endorse Risk/MTA option to create a Mid Term Adjustment. Some changes are free within the first 14 days of a policy.
- If you haven’t held cover when you were instructed to do so please provide the following to consider us backdating manually.
- Proof of payment
- Confirmation of no claims or incidents
- Policy/Quote number
- Premium agreed between CE and yourselves.
